I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Advanced Performance Coach. I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Vancouver, BC.
My passion for nutrition sparked when I saw how nutrition impacted the athletes I trained. This interest inspired my transition from coaching athletes to wanting to help everyone change their lives through food.
When I am not seeing clients, you can find me drinking coffee, eating good food with great people, or out on a run.
My approach to nutrition is holistic, simple and balanced. This means that I evaluate every aspect of your life when working on an issue so that we don’t use a band-aid solution. I believe that consistency only happens if a plan fits into your lifestyle. I want you to get to enjoy your life and do the things you love, while still nourishing your body in a way that your body needs to thrive. Without diets or that all-or-nothing approach!!
