GYROKINESIS® workshop
The GYROKINESIS® method is a series of exercises that are similar to a blend of yoga, pilates, and dance but utilizes circular and wave-like flowing movement to free the spine and hips. This practice is done standing, sitting, and on the mat, to support your experience of feeling more nuanced connection and freedom in your body and mind.
