This includes how to make habits stick, emotional support, tools and education about the mind-body connection, using tools like light, cold therapy, heat therapy, sleep hygiene, heart rate variability training, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, natural and herbal medicine, and more.

Migraine / Headache coaching sessions are focused on getting you freedom from headpain - weather from migraines, tension headaches, cluster headaches or other types. The sessions include a combination of education so that you understand your headaches and what you can do about them. I help by providing you with a framework for looking at triggers, root causes and things that help you become more resilient to migraines and headaches. These sessions are meant to empower you with the tools you need to gain control back over migraine and headaches. Things we may focus on include: nutrition, posture and trigger points, self massage techniques, inflammation management, digestion and gut health, detox and drainage support, pain and the nervous system, lifestyle support, stress management, habit formation, and so much more! And most importantly I am here to support you. Headaches are not easy and I am here in your corner to not only give you tools, techniques and education but also a healthy dose of empathy, understanding and encouragement. As your health coach, I'm here to be your guide, and offer education, feedback, support, guidance, and tools to help you achieve your health goals.
