Bio-Energy Healing

Stephen Spender, Osteopath

Whether you're dealing with persistent back or neck pain, recovering from an injury, or simply feeling stiff, tense, or out of balance, manual osteopathy focuses on helping your body move, function, and feel its best. Treatment uses gentle, hands-on techniques to reduce pain, restore mobility, improve circulation, and support your body's natural ability to heal.

Stephen tailors every treatment to your individual needs, using a combination of joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, muscle energy techniques, and other manual approaches to address the root cause of discomfort—not just the symptoms. Many patients also choose osteopathic care to improve posture, prevent future injuries, reduce stress, and support overall wellness.
