I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, a plant-based holistic nutritionist, a Reiki practitioner, and a trained wellness coach. Currently, I am a Yoga Therapist and C-IAYT candidate at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts. I hold certifications in vinyasa, yin, restorative, adaptive, and trauma-informed yoga.
I fell in love with the practice of yoga in 2010 because it allowed me to cultivate self-awareness and mindfulness in my life. Since then, I have continuously learned and taught yoga. My hope is to continue sharing this beautiful practice as a teacher, therapist, and yoga teacher trainer.
My Therapeutic Yoga expertise includes:
- Improving strength and mobility
- Stress release and relaxation
- Mental health support
- Hands-on support and assists
- Breathing exercises/pranayama
- Incorporating mindful practices
- Pain management
- Seniors
As an island girl from the tropics, I love being under the sun and on the beach. When I'm not teaching, you can find me in the kitchen whipping up some vegan dishes, taking a nice walk, or in a cafe sipping a good cup of oat cappuccino with an inspiring book that feeds the soul.
My therapeutic sessions are supportive, mindful, and grounding, with plenty of room for curiosity and self-inquiry. I am passionate about supporting people in their healing journeys in a holistic way—through movement, yoga, plant-based nutrition, and mindful practices. I believe that the mind-body-spirit connection is key to a peaceful and content life.
