Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure how to move forward with recurring pain or stress. In our sessions, we slow things down. We explore intentional movement, therapeutic postures, breath practices, and mindfulness tools that are tailored specifically to you. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you build awareness, resilience, and trust in your body’s capacity to adapt and heal.

I empower women and individuals navigating stress, pain, and life transitions in building strength, mobility, and nervous system resilience so they can feel more steady, balanced, and at home in their bodies.

I’m a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), 500-hour yoga teacher trainer, plant-based holistic nutritionist, Reiki practitioner, Local Yoga Studio's Studio Manager, and trained wellness coach. My work brings together therapeutic yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and holistic lifestyle support to offer a thoughtful and compassionate approach to healing and well-being.
