Bernadette is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), 500-hour yoga teacher trainer, plant-based holistic nutritionist, Reiki practitioner, and trained wellness coach. She holds certifications in yin, restorative, vinyasa, adaptive, and trauma-informed yoga, and offers a well-rounded, compassionate approach to healing and well-being.

Her therapeutic yoga work focuses on supporting individuals in improving strength and mobility, managing stress and pain, supporting mental health, and incorporating breathwork and mindfulness as tools for nervous system regulation. She is especially passionate about working with older adults and those navigating life transitions, burnout, or chronic conditions. Bernadette is known for her gentle presence, trauma-informed approach, and skillful use of hands-on support and personalized care.

Originally from the Philippines and now based in Vancouver, Bernadette fell in love with yoga in 2010 for its power to cultivate self-awareness and inner calm—something she continues to embody and share in her work as a therapist, teacher, and educator. Outside the studio, you’ll find her soaking up the sun, crafting nourishing vegan meals, enjoying soulful reads, or sipping oat cappuccinos in cozy cafés.
