We are unable to look into the specifics of your plan, including coverage amounts or balances remaining. We appreciate your understanding if your visit is unable to be billed directly due to the restrictions on your plan, an outage with the direct billing portals, or if your provider requests an audit of your billing. In these cases, we can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit for repayment.
