Not just about your core, but your entire support system in the middle of your body. Just a few weeks of pilates and you will feel a big difference in your strength, stability, and posture!

Hatha means "the union of opposites." Through mindful breathing, stretching, and movement, this class will balance ease and effort and leave you feeling amazing. All levels and bodies welcome!

A flowing class linking movement and breath This class offers a bit more of a challenge compared to the hatha classes and is sure to get you a little sweaty! We recommend at lease a few hatha classes before you dive into this one!

Each teacher will bring their own flare but join us for a short, sweet 45-min mid-day break to move your body and ease your mind. We're sure you will have a great state change from your morning to the afternoon! Everyone welcome!

For you and your little yogi! Parents & babies will have a chance to bond and giggle while stretching and strengthening through gentle hatha yoga poses. Pre-crawling babies 4 weeks and up are welcome.

Connect with your changing body! You will be guided through movements and postures that help you prepare for pregnancy, birth, and provides a foundation for postpartum recovery. 

Yang is the more active energy while yin is the quiet. Get the best of both worlds as we start with some stretching and flowing movements to burn off the energy of the day and then close to a relaxing yin practice to ease into night.

Whether you want to become a yoga teacher or just dive deeper into your practice, this is the workshop for you!
