Sasha has been teaching yoga since 2014 when she completed her training at YYoga in Vancouver.
Since then she has taught hatha, yin and vinyasa yoga, she’s taught standup paddleboard yoga in Mexico and worked at and hosted yoga retreats in Mexico. She is a wonderful prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher, as well as her postpartum doula.
Expect Sasha’s classes to be playful, thoughtful and empowering.
