Be sure to share with us your claim number so that we can direct bill ICBC and ensure the correct paperwork gets filed. Our time-based massage therapy appointments are 30, 45, 60 , 75 or 90 minutes in length and a chance to address any health concerns you'd like during this time. Each appointment will start with a check-in with your massage therapist, follows with treatment, and wraps up with home-care suggestions to take with you out into daily life.

The prenatal journey is full of new experiences within your body - sometimes on a daily basis! Our RMTs are experienced in treating all phases of that journey. We offer pregnancy pillows for those who enjoy treatments laying face down (often a treat later in pregnancy!) and will work with you and your needs to help you relax, rebalance and reconnect.
