Over twenty-plus years of clinical experience, I have been fortunate to work with a wide variety of patients, including five years on staff at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, where I provided integrated natural support options alongside the conventional treatments of a medical oncologist. I'm also a former certified personal trainer, and greatly enjoy helping patients with concerns ranging from health weight management to recovery from sports injuries (frequently incorporating acupuncture and injection therapies such as prolotherapy to promote healing). 

I support those who are searching for their path to optimal health (whether digestive, mental-emotional, musculoskeletal, etc), and walk alongside them on their journey.

I BELIEVE IN:

going for very long walks, staring into space (half the time thinking about a new story/song to write, and the other half trying to think about absolutely nothing)

Where you can find me: 

spending time with my family (usually involving reading/playing a game/going on nature walks/just hanging out), trial-and-error baking healthy, high protein snacks, and working out

Daily Rituals:

Rather than simply recommending natural "remedies" to temporarily treat (or suppress) a symptom, I strive to work with each patient to determine the root cause of their health concerns wherever possible. I work to address those concerns by blending traditional methods with cutting-edge science, allowing the body's own healing ability to do what it does naturally.
