I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where I received extensive training in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, and rehabilitative strategies. Techniques I use in my treatments include instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, diversified manual adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, and exercise prescription. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to move freely!

My focus is always on promoting long-term well-being and empowering people through movement and education.
