I’m passionate about helping individuals improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function through evidence-informed, hands-on care. My approach is rooted in a strong foundation in health and wellness, developed through years of international competitive synchronized swimming and experience as a group fitness instructor.
I believe in creating personalized treatment plans that support each person’s unique goals - whether that means returning to sport, moving with ease, or simply feeling better day to day. My focus is always on promoting long-term well-being and empowering people through movement and education.
I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where I received extensive training in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, and rehabilitative strategies.
Outside of clinical practice, I enjoy cooking nutritious meals, trying a new workout, travelling, swimming, and spending quality time with family and friends.
