I am a licensed naturopathic doctor with a focused passion for supporting individuals through fertility concerns and the transitions of perimenopause. My approach is rooted in empowering and educating patients so they feel confident and informed about their health choices. I believe true healing begins when patients understand their bodies and feel supported every step of the way. Rather than treating isolated symptoms, I take the time to hear your whole story and understand how all the pieces fit together.

I know that hormonal health is complex, and no two journeys are the same. By listening deeply, I help uncover root causes and create personalized, thoughtful care plans. Many of my patients come to me feeling unheard, dismissed, or frustrated by previous medical experiences. I strive to create a space where your concerns are validated and your voice truly matters.

If you know something doesn’t feel right in your body but haven’t found clear answers, you are not alone. I am especially passionate about working with those who feel they have been searching for someone to connect the dots. Along with being a naturopathic doctor, I am the founder and CEO of Local Health Integrative Health, a yoga teacher, a published authour, a wife, and a mama to a great daughter and to 3 fur kiddos.  I split my time between Powell River (qathet) and Vancouver. Coffee is my jam, movement (especially yoga) is my medicine, and I am so grateful to be able to walk this journey following in the footsteps of so many women teachers, doctors, healers, and knowledge keepers that came before me. I honour them, my teachers, these traditional, unceded lands I get to live, work, and play on, and all my relations.

Telemedicine appointments are available on Mondays as well as by request if Monday's don't work for you. In-person visits in Vancouver are once-a-month. I am usually booked 2-3 weeks out from the current date
