"I am an RMT with a passion for cycling, running, and following my dreams. My interest in massage therapy grew out of years of struggling to manage my own chronic pain due to scoliosis and a spinal fusion. Learning about the body and nervous system inspired me to help others on their health and wellness journeys. Every body holds a unique story, and I see every treatment as an opportunity to tune in, listen, and prepare for what comes next."
I focus on helping your nervous system settle first, allowing your body to relax before applying deeper techniques where they're needed most. This creates a treatment that is both therapeutic and deeply restorative.
I enjoy working with people of all ages and activity levels, treating a wide range of conditions and injuries. As an athlete myself, I have a special interest in supporting active individuals with recovery, performance, and staying healthy so they can continue doing what they love.
Whether you're new to massage therapy or looking for a therapist who combines therapeutic results with a calming, restorative experience, I look forward to working with you.
Many people come to see me for deep tissue massage, but what sets my treatments apart is the balance between focused therapeutic work and deep relaxation.
Massage therapy, to me, is about helping your body relax, recover, and move with greater ease. Whether you're seeking relief from muscle tension, recovering from an injury, supporting your training, or simply taking time to slow down, my goal is to create a treatment that's tailored to your needs. Every session begins with a conversation about how you're feeling and what you'd like to focus on so you feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout your care.
life-long learning and seeking balance both inside and out.
